Project summary: NOVA TK chamber system installation on 4-colour LMC Flexo Folder Gluer
A major corrugated packaging producer in Turkey modernized the ink metering equipment on its 2.5 m wide 4-color LMC P1225-STK flexo folder gluer with four NOVA TK chamber doctor blade systems. The goal: bring modern chamber technology to an established machine platform while keeping daily handling straightforward for operators.
The NOVA TK systems were specified with anti-bouncing suspension for consistent print results, an integrated service position for fast and ergonomic on-press handling, and an all-in-one chamber profile without moving parts – minimizing ink waste and simplifying cleaning routines.
The upgrade delivered shorter setup times, cleaner and faster wash-ups, and reduced maintenance effort across all four print stations.
